-- BMC Minerals (ASX:BMC) said it has received a positive decision document for the development of the ABM Mine at its Kudz Ze Kayah Project in Canada, issued by the Government of Yukon, Natural Resources Canada, and the Department of Fisheries and Oceans Canada, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the decision follows a recommendation for approval by the Yukon Environmental and Socio-economic Assessment Board in 2020, with ten new terms covering five areas, including financial oversight, operational performance, socio-economic participation, heritage resources, and road access.
BMC will continue the permitting process for all remaining permits and licenses for the project, including the Quartz Mining License and Type A and B Water Licenses, the filing added.
