-- Greater China Financial (HKG:0431) said it has requested a final review of the Hong Kong stock exchange's decision to cancel its listing, according to an April 10 bourse filing.
The move follows a March ruling by the listing committee to cancel the company's listing after it failed to meet resumption requirements.
The listing is set to be cancelled on April 16 if the decision is not overturned.
Trading in the company's shares has been suspended since Sept. 2, 2024.
