Native Mineral Resources Holdings Restarts Mining at Queensland Project, Shares Slide 6%

Native Mineral Resources Holdings (ASX:NMR) said mining restarted at Blackjack in Queensland on April 9, with drill, blast, and mining operations underway at the Blackjack South open pit and ore delivered to the Blackjack run-of-mine pad, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.Mining was suspended in October 2025 to allow for further drilling, geological model review, and the completion of updated pit optimization and pit design work.A sterilization drilling program across the Blackjack mining lease began in April, targeting around 100 holes over a four-to-six-week program. A two-to three-month drilling program also began at Far Fanning.The next blast at Blackjack is scheduled for Tuesday.
