-- Baker Hughes (BKR) said Monday has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Waygate Technologies business to Hexagon for approximately $1.45 billion in an all-cash transaction.
The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals, with an expected completion date in the second half of 2026.
The buyer, Stockholm-based Hexagon, specializes in precision measurement and autonomous solutions serving industries such as aerospace, defense, automotive, and construction.
