-- Almonty Industries (ASX:AII) relocated its corporate headquarters to the US, shifting it to Dillon, Montana, from Toronto, Canada, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The move, which follows Almonty's Nasdaq listing in July 2025, is part of a strategic alignment with the US and reinforces the company's role as America's tungsten supplier, per the filing.
The company also recently acquired the Gentung tungsten project in Montana, where production is expected to restart this year.
