Revenue jumped 28% to 148.3 billion yen for the full year ended Feb. 28 from 116.1 billion yen in the prior year.
It declared a final dividend of 50 yen per share for the fiscal year ended Feb. 28, payable from May 28.
For the fiscal year 2027, the company expects attributable profit of 48.1 billion yen, basic EPS of 323.79 yen, and revenue of 190 billion yen.
BayCurrent plans to pay interim and year-end dividends of 65 yen per share, each, for the current year, which is higher than the amount paid in the year-ago period.
