-- XRF Scientific (ASX:XRF) said pre-tax profit for the March quarter rose nearly 11% to AU$3.7 million from AU$3.4 million a year earlier, with revenue up 14% to AU$15.8 million from AU$13.9 million, according to a Wednesday Australian bourse filing.
The company said its new office in India became operational during the quarter, with first customer orders received in March for invoicing in the June quarter, and the opening is expected to generate additional momentum for sales development.
The company's shares rose past 4% in recent Wednesday trade.
