Ronshine China Logs 278 Million Yuan in March Contracted Sales

-- Ronshine China (HKG:3301) recorded contracted sales of around 278.4 million yuan in March, with a gross floor area (GFA) of 24,108 square meters, according to a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing.

Shares of the property developer jumped over 7% in morning trade Wednesday.

The property firm's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 11,547 yuan per square meter.

For the three months ended March 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 533.2 million yuan and 47,153 square meters, respectively, with an average selling price of 11,307 yuan per square meter.

Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) priced SG$28 million worth of 5.10% bonds due 2029, under its SG$300 million multicurrency medium-term bond program, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the retail brand were up over 7% in Tuesday's late-morning trading.The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SG$75 million 5.10% bonds due 2029.DBS Bank was appointed as the sole dealer for the bonds.Net proceeds raised from the issue of the bonds will be used for general corporate purposes.The bonds are expected to be listed on April 30, the filing added.
