Eimco Elecon (India) Net Profit Declines in Fiscal Q4; Shares Plummet 8%

-- Eimco Elecon (India) (NSE:EIMCOELECO, BOM:523708) net profit fell sharply to 63.6 million Indian rupees in the fiscal fourth quarter from 148.7 million rupees a year ago, according to an Indian bourse filing on Tuesday.

Shares of the company plunged over 8% in Wednesday's trade.

Earnings per share for the quarter ended March 31 plunged to 11.03 rupees from 25.78 rupees a year earlier.

The mining and construction equipment company's revenue from operations rose year on year to 668.8 million rupees from 642.9 million rupees, the filing said.

Eimco Elecon's board recommended a final dividend of 4 rupees per share for fiscal 2026 ended March 31.

Aspial Lifestyle Prices SG$28 Million Worth of Bonds; Shares Up 7%

Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) priced SG$28 million worth of 5.10% bonds due 2029, under its SG$300 million multicurrency medium-term bond program, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the retail brand were up over 7% in Tuesday's late-morning trading.The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SG$75 million 5.10% bonds due 2029.DBS Bank was appointed as the sole dealer for the bonds.Net proceeds raised from the issue of the bonds will be used for general corporate purposes.The bonds are expected to be listed on April 30, the filing added.
