-- Zhihu (HKG:2390) granted a little over 1.5 million restricted share units (RSUs) to seven employees under a 2022 incentive plan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The RSUs, with a purchase price of $0.01 apiece, represent 0.61% of the online question-and-answer platform's total shares.
The firm now has over 4 million and 13 million class A ordinary shares available for the future grant of RSUs and options, respectively, under the 2022 scheme.
