US weekly ethanol production was unchanged, according to the US Energy Information Administration report on Wednesday.
For the week ending Apr. 10, US ethanol production averaged 1.12 million barrels per day, unchanged from 1.12 mmb/d last week and above 1.01 mmb/d a year ago.
The four-week average output at 1.11 mmb/d was above 1.04 mmb/d during the same time last year.
Midwest ethanol production averaged 1.07 mmb/d, equal to the previous week. Four-week average output at 1.05 mmb/d, compared with 983,000 b/d a year ago.
Domestic ethanol inventories ended the week at 26.1 mmbbls, flat from 26.1 mmbbls a week ago, and below 26.8 mmbbls a year ago.
