-- Scryb (SCYB.CN) on Wednesday said it plans to complete its corporate name change to NorthPalm Capital.
The company said the proposed name change follows recent changes in its management team and board of directors.
The company further said that the name change has been approved by its board of directors and was approved by shareholders at a March 31 meeting.
"Under the new NorthPalm Capital, the company plans to focus on timing, execution, and high-growth opportunities, supported by a more disciplined investment approach and the increasing use of AI-enabled workflows to enhance operational efficiency and growth initiatives," the company said.
Shares of the company were last seen up $0.04 to $0.16 on the Canadian Securities Exchange.
