-- Prices of new residential properties in China's top-tier cities increased month on month by 0.2% in March, according to data from the National Bureau of Statistics released Thursday.
The data for March reversed the flat performance seen in the previous month, the NBS said.
Across second- and third-tier cities, sales of commercial residential properties fell 0.2% and 0.3%, respectively.
