-- Keppel (SGX:BN4) said its infrastructure division has secured a chilled water supply contract from Singapore's Housing & Development Board, according to a company release on Thursday.
The project includes the design, installation and operation of centralized cooling systems at nine upcoming build-to-order projects in Tengah.
Under the 20-year contract, roughly 10,000 households within Tengah's Brickland, Park and Forest Hill districts can engage Keppel to provide chilled water to cool their homes.
Following this contract and together with an earlier contract, around 14,000 households across 12 projects in Tengah will have access to the energy efficient cooling system, the release said.
