Yunnan Jinxun Resources (HKG:3636) booked 328.8 million yuan in attributable profit for 2025, up 62% from 202.4 million in 2024, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Friday.Earnings per share were 2.98 yuan, compared with 1.84 yuan in the prior year.Revenue rose 28% year on year to 2.27 billion yuan, figures showed.The firm also proposed a final dividend of 0.33 yuan per share, payable July 10 to shareholders of record on June 24.

Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Approves Debt Restructuring Plan

Beijing Oriental Yuhong Waterproof Technology's (SHE:002271) said its board of directors approved the proposal for debt restructuring, according to a Friday disclosure on the Shenzhen bourse.Under the plan, 352.4 million yuan is the amount for debt restructuring as creditor and 129.4 million yuan is for debt restructuring as debtor.The company will accept real estate assets to offset receivables and it will use assets to repay its debt.The company's creditors include China Vanke's (HKG:2202, SHE:000002) subsidiaries.The waterproofing system provider's shares slipped over 1% during the midday trade.

Graphex Group to Exit US ADS Programme in July

Graphex (HKG:6128) will terminate its sponsored American Depositary Shares (ADS) programme in the U.S., with the termination set to take effect on July 14, according to a Friday Hong Kong bourse filing.The company said it has notified The Bank of New York Mellon, the depositary, to begin the termination process.Graphex cited factors including the relatively small proportion of shares represented by ADSs and lower trading volume compared with its Hong Kong-listed shares.The company added that its Hong Kong listing is expected to continue meeting its fundraising and investor access needs.
