-- Liu Chong Hing Investment (HKG:0194) posted a profit attributable to owners of HK$12 million for 2025, compared with a loss of HK$837.1 million a year earlier, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the firm were down nearly 1% in Friday's late morning trade.
Earnings per share were HK$0.03, compared with a loss per share of HK$2.21 in the prior year.
Revenue rose to HK$1.05 billion from HK$933 million in 2024.
The board proposed a final dividend of HK$0.17 per share, unchanged from a year earlier, bringing total dividends for the year to HK$0.28 per share.
