-- IX Biopharma (SGX:42C) signed a subscription agreement with Anson Properties to raise SG$440,537 through the issuance of 1,045,164 new shares at SG$0.4215 per share, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Shares of the pharmaceutical company were down over 3% in Friday trading.
Proceeds raised from the subscription will be used for general working capital needs.
The company also proposed to issue 304,270 shares at SG$0.4215 per share to certain directors, in connection with the directors' fees for the period from Oct. 1 2025, till March 31, 2026.
