-- Softbank (TYO:9434) filed for the listing of 1.2 billion euros worth of bonds on the Singapore bourse, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.
The Japanese telecommunications and IT operator filed for the listing of 500 million euros worth of 3.936% bonds due 2032 and 700 million euros worth of 4.467% bonds due 2036.
The bonds will be listed and quoted in the Bonds Market on April 20, the company added.
