-- F3 Uranium (FUU.V) on Friday said it closed a bought-deal" private placement of flow-through shares that raised C$5.55 million, including the partial exercise of the underwriters' over-allotment option.
The company said it placed 27.75-million tax-advantaged shares at a price of C$0.20 each.
Proceeds will be used to fund exploration programs at the company's uranium projects in Saskatchewan's Athabasca Basin.
The company's shares were last seen down $0.005 to $0.195 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
