Locate Technologies Launches Share Buyback Program

-- Locate Technologies (NZE:LOC) is launching an on-market share repurchase program for up to NZ$500,000 worth of shares or up to about 14.9 million shares, whichever is reached first, according to a Monday filing with the New Zealand bourse.

The program has a duration of up to 12 months and can be funded using existing cash reserves, the company said.

Brightstar Resources Reports AU$53 Million Gross Revenue From Processing Campaign

Brightstar Resources (ASX:BTR) completed and reconciled the final processing campaign under its ore purchase agreement with Genesis Minerals (ASX:GMD), with a record parcel of about 140,000 tonnes at 2 grams per tonne (g/t) gold, recovering about 7,900 ounces, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.The company said the campaign returned gold recoveries of over 89%, trending toward the long-term average metallurgical performance of previous processing campaigns, at a gold price of AU$6,758 per ounce for record gross revenue of AU$53 million.Brightstar said total ore processed under the Genesis agreement since commencement in March 2025 totaled about 400,000 tonnes at 2.2 g/t gold, with an average metallurgical recovery of 88%, and about 24,000 ounces of gold recovered, delivering gross sales proceeds of AU$138 million over the contract.The company said the completion of the final parcel has fully amortized its existing working capital facility with Ocean Partners, with Brightstar currently carrying no drawn debt.

Nextdc Lifts Fiscal 2026 Capex Guidance Amid Surge in Contracted Demand

Nextdc (ASX:NXT) lifted its fiscal 2026 capital expenditure guidance to AU$2.7 billion to AU$3 billion from AU$2.4 billion to AU$2.7 billion previously after reporting a 60% increase in contracted utilization to 667 megawatts and an 83% jump in its forward order book to 544 megawatts, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.The company expects higher contracted utilization and its order book to steadily convert into revenue, billing utilization, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) over fiscal 2026 to fiscal 2030, supported by ongoing expansion and early procurement at its S4 facility, the filing said.The company's fiscal 2026 net revenue and underlying EBITDA guidance remain unchanged, the filing added.

Navigator Global Investments (ASX:NGI) reported firm-level assets under management (AUM) of $97.5 billion as of March 31, up nearly 21% from a year earlier, according to a Monday filing with the Australian bourse.Ownership-adjusted AUM at the close of the fiscal third quarter were $31.6 billion, increasing more than 16% from a year earlier, per the filing.The company said it continues to expect fiscal 2026 adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization to decline from fiscal 2025.
