-- International Entertainment (HKG:1009) is exploring the launch of an online gaming business in the Philippines, according to an April 17 Hong Kong bourse filing.
Shares of the hotel operator were up nearly 2% in Monday morning trade.
The company has identified a potential target and is in negotiations with a prospective online gaming operator, though no binding agreement has been signed, the filing said.
International Entertainment obtained an electronic gaming operator license in February 2025 and has since conducted feasibility studies on the business, the filing said.
