Krishival Foods Deploys Over 15,000 Deep Freezers Across Retail Network for Ice Cream Business

-- Fast-moving consumer goods company Krishival Foods (NSE:KRISHIVAL, BOM:544416), which sells premium nuts, dried fruits, and ice cream, has deployed over 15,000 deep freezers across its retail network, according to a Monday filing to the Indian stock exchanges.

This strengthens the company's cold chain infrastructure and last-mile distribution capabilities for its ice cream brand 'Melt N Mellow'.

The company's deep freezer network has increased sharply from 3,732 units at the beginning of the year to 15,490 units as of March 31, 2026.

The expanded freezer network is expected to help improve the company's product visibility, consistent quality, and increased retail throughput.

The company's shares were up nearly 1% in recent trade.

Aspial Lifestyle (SGX:5UF) priced SG$28 million worth of 5.10% bonds due 2029, under its SG$300 million multicurrency medium-term bond program, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Shares of the retail brand were up over 7% in Tuesday's late-morning trading.The bonds will be consolidated and form a single series with the existing SG$75 million 5.10% bonds due 2029.DBS Bank was appointed as the sole dealer for the bonds.Net proceeds raised from the issue of the bonds will be used for general corporate purposes.The bonds are expected to be listed on April 30, the filing added.
