-- EcoGraf (ASX:EGR) executed a non-binding memorandum of understanding with Mitsubishi Chemical relating to the supply, qualification, and potential long-term commercialization of natural flake graphite, unpurified spherical graphite, and purified spherical graphite for Mitsubishi's battery anode material operations, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.
Mitsubishi will consider a long-term product sales arrangement for 10,000 tonnes per year of unpurified and/or purified spherical graphite, or around 16,500 tonnes per year of -100 mesh natural flake graphite, subject to ongoing technical evaluation outcomes.
