-- Sichuan Yahua Industrial's (SHE:002497) unit, Sichuan Yahua Civil Explosives Group, plans to acquire 51% of Weifang Longhai Safety Technology for a consideration of up to 362.1 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.
The civil explosive maker's shares slipped less than 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.
Longhai Safety Tech produces and sells civil explosives, as well as security equipment.
The stake will be bought from Weifang Longhai Civil Explosives.
China allocated 216.8 billion yuan in ultra-long special treasury bonds, funding 336 projects, according to the National Development and Reform Commission.The projects span artificial intelligence, underground pipeline upgrades, Yangtze River transport infrastructure, high-standard farmland and higher education.The second batch brings total funding to 606.5 billion yuan, 76% of the full-year target of 800 billion yuan.
German government-owned Securing Energy for Europe, or Sefe, is aiming to raise between 1.5 billion euros and 2 billion euros from an offering of shares, London's Financial Times reported Monday.Formerly named Gazprom Germania, the company fell under German government ownership after its seizure in 2022, following Russia's attack on Ukraine. Sefe Chief Executive Officer Egbert Laege said the targeted funds are earmarked for the expansion of the group's infrastructure management business.The executive said they are engaging the German government regarding preferences or restrictions on the offering. The offering will be carried out in line with the European Commission's requirement for the German government to sell at least a 75% stake in Sefe by the end of 2028.
