Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union to Renew Financial Services Deal With Baogang Group Finance

-- Inner Mongolia Baotou Steel Union (SHA:600010) plans to renew its financial services agreement with Baogang Group Finance for three more years, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.

The Chinese metal smelter's shares rose less than 1% at the close of Monday's trade.

The financial services will include deposit services, which will have a daily maximum deposit balance of up to 5 billion yuan, bill acceptance capped at 1.9 billion yuan and loan services that have a daily credit balance cap of up to 5 billion yuan.

Asian Micro (SGX:585) subsidiary, AM NGV, received a notice from Rolls-Royce Singapore, regarding the termination of a compressed natural gas purchase agreement between the two parties, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.Rolls-Royce has requested the company to terminate the agreement with effect from May 31 and is seeking confirmation by April 30.In case the company does not provide confirmation by the due date, the contract's supply obligations will continue until Oct. 16.
