-- Good Com Asset (TYO:3475) said it revised plans for a condominium project in Tokyo, reducing the number of units and pushing back completion, according to a Monday filing on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
The Minami-Yukigaya development will now have 57 units instead of 95, with completion moved to October 2028 from April 2027.
The project has been upgraded to a higher-end "G-classt" brand, featuring larger units and enhanced amenities. Revenue recognition is now expected from the fiscal year ending October 2028.
