The clean technology company said net earnings advanced to $2.7 million, or $0.16 per diluted share, from net earnings of $0.2 million, or $0.01 per diluted share, in the prior year period.
Quarterly revenue almost doubled to $16.94 million, from $9.3 million over the same period.
The total order bookings for the year were $54.4 million, a 32% increase in bookings over the bookings in 2024 of $41.3 million.
BioRem's order backlog stood at $65.3 million on Dec. 31, 2025 compared with $56.1 million on Dec. 31, 2024.
BioRem shares were last seen up $0.39, to $2.96, on the TSX Venture Exchange.
