-- Morocco Strategic Minerals (MCC.V), down 14% on last look, on Monday said it plans to raise $5.0 million in a private placement of share units.
The company will place up to 33.3-million units priced at $0.15 apiece and made up of one share and half of a two-year warrant to buy a share for $0.25.
Proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition and development of mining assets in Morocco.
Morocco Strategic shares were last seen down $0.03 to $0.15 on the TSX Venture Exchange.
