-- New home sales in Singapore rose in March, backed by new project launches, according to a report by Bloomberg on Wednesday, citing data from the Urban Redevelopment Authority.
In March, 1,300 new private units were sold, compared to 729 a year earlier, the report showed.
The sales were driven by the Pinery Residences and River Modern launches, the report noted.
Meanwhile, private home prices were up 0.3% in the first quarter of the year, the report added.
