-- Sunda Energy (SNDA.L) said Friday it raised 404,780 pounds sterling in gross proceeds through a retail offer of new shares.
The offering comprised 13,606,029 new shares and 6,802,977 warrants, with the retail offer subject to approval of certain resolutions at the gas-focused exploration and appraisal company's general meeting on April 29.
The new shares are anticipated to commence trading on the London bourse's AIM segment on April 30.
