-- Asian Micro (SGX:585) subsidiary, AM NGV, received a notice from Rolls-Royce Singapore, regarding the termination of a compressed natural gas purchase agreement between the two parties, according to a Monday filing with the Singapore Exchange.
Rolls-Royce has requested the company to terminate the agreement with effect from May 31 and is seeking confirmation by April 30.
In case the company does not provide confirmation by the due date, the contract's supply obligations will continue until Oct. 16.
