-- Boyaa Interactive International (HKG:0434) is foregoing a previous plan to acquire up to $70 million in cryptocurrencies and instead entered into an agreement to buy 10 Bitcoins, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.
Shares of the online card and board games company fell over 1% in morning trade Friday.
The firm is buying the bitcoins from Liquidity Technology for $749,000.
The acquisition is subject to shareholder approval and is scheduled to be completed by June 29.
