Sichuan Yahua Industrial's (SHE:002497) unit, Sichuan Yahua Civil Explosives Group, plans to acquire 51% of Weifang Longhai Safety Technology for a consideration of up to 362.1 million yuan, according to a Shenzhen bourse filing on Saturday.The civil explosive maker's shares slipped less than 1% during Monday's afternoon trade.Longhai Safety Tech produces and sells civil explosives, as well as security equipment.The stake will be bought from Weifang Longhai Civil Explosives.
