Hainan Airlines Turns to 2025 Profit, Revenue Up 5%

-- Hainan Airlines (SHA:600221) posted 2025 attributable net profit of 1.98 billion yuan, compared with loss of 921.2 million yuan the previous year.

Earnings per share stood at 0.046 yuan, versus loss per share of 0.021 yuan last year, according to a filing with the Shanghai bourse.

Operating revenue climbed 5.0% year over year to 68.5 billion yuan from 65.2 billion yuan.

Shares of the carrier were up 1% in recent trade.

Saudi Arabia's Annual Real Estate Prices Fall 1.6% in Q1

Saudi Arabia's real estate prices declined 1.6% year over year in the first quarter, after a 0.7% fall in the previous three months, the country's General Authority for Statistics said Monday.The deflation was mainly attributed to a decrease in residential sector prices.On a quarterly basis, the real estate price index dropped 0.2% in the three months to March, against a 0.4% decrease earlier.
