Our Mission
StockData.Tools was built to democratize access to financial data. We believe every investor — whether managing a personal portfolio or conducting professional research — deserves free access to the same earnings calendars, dividend histories, economic indicators, and screening tools that institutions use.
Too many financial data platforms lock basic information behind expensive paywalls. We take a different approach: aggregate data from trusted public sources, present it in a clean and usable interface, and keep it free.

We take data accuracy seriously. All data is sourced from reputable, professional-grade APIs and verified through automated quality checks. However, financial data is inherently complex:
- Stock prices may be delayed up to 15 minutes from real-time
- Earnings estimates reflect the latest available Wall Street consensus but may not include the most recent analyst revisions
- Historical data is sourced from official filings and may be subject to restatements
